Shipping and Returns at CoolRelief.net:

At CoolRelief.net we strive for excellent customer service, so our fulfilment process is as quick and efficient as possible. All product orders placed by 3:00 P.M. (CST) will be shipped the same business day. All product orders placed after 3:00 P.M. (CST) will be shipped the following business day. All of our in stock products ship from Norman, Oklahoma 73071 via UPS or USPS services. As always, save even more with our $4.99 flat rate shipping!!!

Cancellations, Returns, and Warranty Information:
All items sold by and for Cool Relief LLC and CoolRelief.net come with a 90 day return period and 1 year product warranty. Terms and conditions may apply.


Cool Relief Cancellations, Returns, and Warranty Terms and conditions:

Rest assured, Cool Relief LLC will accept and replace or credit refunds for any products purchased from the CoolRelief.net website and / or any affiliate seller programs under the following conditions:

Cancellations (up to 24 hours): Orders from the CoolRelief.net website can be cancelled with full refund or reimbursement credited to the account responsible for payment if the product has not left our distribution center. Make sure to contact our customer service department with your order information as soon as possible. As we strive for faster and more efficient service, we are continuously packing orders and sending orders through shipment. Cancellations with a full refund are only available until the shipment leaves our facility.*

Returns
(up to 90 days): Cool Relief LLC will accept returns from the CoolRelief.net website up to 90 days from the date of purchase if products are unused, unaltered, and are shipped back in the same state or form as they were delivered. For health reasons we can not restock used merchandise back into our inventory. A refund for the amount of the purchase less 10% for shipping and restocking fees will be credited to the account responsible for payment. Proof of purchase within 90 days and from CoolRelief.net will need to be established by providing the order number on the receipt from purchase. For a faster return transaction, include this information in an email to our customer service department customerservice@coolrelief.net with a brief explanation of the return.

Product Warranty (up to 1 year): Any product that bears manufacturer defect (within 1 year of purchase) which alters the use of the product or it's efficiency may be exchanged for an identical item upon inspection after return. If the item is no longer in stock or available, Cool Relief LLC will exchange the item for gift certificate equal to the value of purchase. No restocking fee is deducted from product warranty related returns.

  *A 10% restocking fee for all returned items helps to cover return shipment cost and facility restocking cost. Please email customerservice@coolrelief.net with a brief explanation for the return and your order information. Make sure to do so before returning your product, all orders need a return authorization number. Failure to do so may result in a non-refund.
