A to P Total Knee Wraps

Step 1: Place ice inserts in the freezer overnight.

Step 2
: Once frozen, slide the ice inserts into each sleeve of the A to P Total Knee Ice Wrap (A-PTK) Ice Wrap. There are 3 sleeves and 3 ice inserts. Slide the ice insert to the end of the sleeve for optimal ice coverage. At the opening of each sleeve, pull the flap of material over the ice insert to keep ice pack from sliding out of the wrap.

Step 3: Straighten leg and center the body of A-PTK Ice Wrap over the knee cap.

Step 4: Pull the middle sleeve snuggly behind the back of the knee and fasten to the middle velcro. Avoid pulling too tight over knee cap.

Step 5: Pull the top sleeve snuggly behind the back of the thigh and fasten to the top Velcro.

Step 6: Pull the bottom sleeve snuggly behind the back of the thigh and fasten to the bottom Velcro.

Step 7: Elevate lower extremity above the heart with 2-3 pillows and feel the relief!

Step 8: Remove A-PTK Ice Wrap after 20 minutes of application.*

Step 9: Fold A-PTK Ice Wrap and place into freezer for approximately 3 hours between applications. For your convenience the entire ice wrap/insert is intended to go into freezer together. 


*CAUTION: Use the A to P Total Knee Ice Wrap only as directed. Icing for longer than 20-30 minutes could cause frost bite or cryoburn. Stop using product immediately if rash, discomfort or pain across the knee cap, blistering, or peeling develops. If you have a diagnosis involving numbness or loss of sensation around the knee, please consult your physician before using this product. Failure to follow directions or using the product while sleeping could result in permanent skin damage. Recommend adult supervision when children use the product. Do not place product on infants. The fluid contained in the ice pack insert is water based and non-toxic. The ice insert should not be heated. The A to P wrap is made in the U.S.A. Patent Pending 2011.
